Inventory Control Coordinator

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of inventory within the CIK. The position maintains and reports accurate monthly inventory counts, leading the annual review. The Inventory Control Clerk uses the ERP system for input of various items and helps with other needs, such as shop supply ordering, the building of pallet, skids, and crates, and management of the outside scrap and wood accumulation.

• Perform inventory cycle counts every month.
• Lead the facility yearly physical inventory count.
• Perform ERP system inputs for inventory.
• process inventory purchasing using ERP purchase orders.
• create inventory parts.
• complete ROG process in system
• Manage outgoing inventory physically to technicians and outside service vendors.
• Organize physical inventory.
• Order non-inventory items from vendor
• Complete ROG process physically
• Build all pallets, skids, and crating.
• Order all shop supplies as needed.
• Maintain scrap and wood build up outside, calling a vendor for clean up as needed.
• Help with outgoing shipments.

• College or Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Working experience in Logistics operation environment.
• Basic computer skills, comfortable with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
