[BUSAN] EHS Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced person to conduct on-site safety, health, fire fighting, gas safety and health inspection and management supervision at the Busan plant, hold a meeting of the Occupational Safety and Health Commission, manage the safety and health of suppliers, manage legal safety documents, and respond to the supervision of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Occupational Safety and Health Agency.

• Responsible for the management and supervision of the safety and health environment of the Busan plant.
• On-site safety inspections are conducted every day and left as documents.
• Organize and manage the Occupational Safety and Health Committee.
• Manages and supervises the subcontractor's work plan and work permit.
• Manage and supervise the safety and health consultative body of suppliers every month.
• Manage and supervise joint safety and health inspections and circuit inspections.
• Manage and supervise compliance with LOTO procedures in Busan plant.
• In the event of an accident, prepare and report an industrial accident survey table, measures to prevent recurrence, and occasional risk assessment.
• Manage PPE for all businesses.
• Manage and supervise MSDS management and MSDS training.
• Ensures the completion of the special safety and health training.
• Manage work environment measurements.
• Manage pre-deployment/special health checkups, etc.
• Investigation of musculoskeletal hazards.
• Manage occasional and regular risk assessments.
• Other duties related to safety and health

• Understanding and ability to understand the laws and regulations required by manufacturing safety regulations.
• Work experience and relevant knowledge to ensure workplace safety, including pre-work checklist, work safety and health rules
• Ability to respond to relevant laws and regulations strengthened with knowledge of safety, health, environment and relevant laws and regulations.
• Establishment of safety and health management systems, experience and related safety education (regular/new recruitment/special safety and health education, etc.)
• You should be able to give direction to others.
• An associate or bachelor's degree
• Acquisition of industrial safety engineer certificate
• At least 3 years of experience as a safety manager in a manufacturing plant
• Intermediate level or higher English conversation level enough to have a meeting with native speakers
• Prioritize those with experience responding to inspections by various government agencies, including the Ministry of Employment and Labor, KOSHA, KGS, the Fire and Disaster Management Agency, and related licensing authorities.
• Experience and knowledge related to legal safety management, such as safety checks of dangerous and hazardous machines.
• Experience and knowledge of the review and confirmation inspection of the hazard/hazard prevention plan under the Occupational Safety and Health Act
• High levels of visual awareness and attention to detail.
• Advanced organization and multitasking technology.
• Experience in drafting reports and collecting data.
• The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work independently, value details and work thoroughly.
