The Business Line Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse team across various departments, including a commercial team made up of inside proposal managers and outside business development managers, as well as an operations team comprising of an operations manager, field services, technical support, and workshop operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent commercial and operational acumen.
The Regional Business Manager will have full P&L responsibility for the region, ensuring financial targets and objectives are met. This will involve strategic planning, budget management, and cost control.
