Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to our company's warehouse and distribution centers. You will also be responsible for managing the transportation and delivery of products to our customers.

Essential functions & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to our warehouse and distribution centers.
• Communicate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the procurement team to order products as needed.
• Handle all shipping and customs documentation for international shipments.
• Oversee the transportation of products to customers, including negotiating rates and managing delivery schedules.
• Troubleshoot any transportation or delivery issues and provide solutions to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and delivery activities.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, transportation companies, and customers to ensure a smooth logistics process.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and procedures to optimize logistics operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all shipping and delivery requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Maximum 1~2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Intermediate English level preferred. (Reading/Writing)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations is preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
